A high-end villa waiting for a journey of change sits in the center of a unique residential estate, set on a famous road. Shizen Studios is known for its masterful interior design, whose mission is to revitalize a once neglected indoor pool and gym, covering 500 square meters and 300 square meters respectively, into a vibrant center of entertainment and comfort. The initial design was mainly to meet the entertainment needs of the young members of the family. Due to problems such as excessive humidity and mold formation, the pool area has been abandoned. To give the space a new lease of life, Shizen Studios embarked on a comprehensive redesign, envisioning a multifunctional environment that seamlessly integrates entertainment, relaxation and fitness.

The client's vision is to create a space that not only satisfies his personal passion for sports, but also serves as a welcoming place to socialize with friends and family. With this in mind, the redesigned gym was strategically partitioned to accommodate a variety of aerobic and weight training areas, while also incorporating dedicated seating areas to facilitate social interaction. Shizen Studio has a visionary concept of the indoor pool area that goes beyond simple renovation and embraces an overall redesign. This vast space has been transformed into a multifunctional oasis with a shrinking swimming pool, a sunken lounge, a chic kitchenette, a cozy coffee table, a dining area, a trendy bar, and even a pool table, all of which are seamlessly integrated by the tranquil Zen garden Pick it up. Therefore, in order to create a sense of order and visual level, the different areas are drawn by stairs, seamlessly separating the multifunctional areas.

At the heart of the design is the spirit of Zen tranquility, embodied in soft neutral tones, interspersed with bold tones. Eye-catching tones of blue and black marble add depth and personality, while the micro-cement finish adds texture and warmth to the space. Carefully arranged plants and warm-toned wooden floors further enhance the connection with nature, creating an open, ventilated atmosphere. Carefully curated lighting fixtures, minimalist furniture and thoughtful plant placement further enhance the overall ambience, creating a cohesive and alluring atmosphere throughout the space. The redesign also addresses practical issues such as seamlessly blending walk-in wardrobes, bathrooms and shower/changing spaces with architectural aesthetics.
