The owners are a couple of young newlyweds who have been educated in the West and are deeply immersed in the Chinese way of life. A demographic upgrade is about to take place in the new residence, with the core housing needs focused on practicality but also on quality of life. The design is centered around solving problems of space imbalances, while creating additional features and improving customer focus.

Space is a five-fold relationship from south to north, moving in layers, eliminating the uncertainty of the original narrow layout, and achieving the intersection and penetration of lines and lines of vision. The public private area runs along a mobile line, similar to the atrium of a traditional courtyard, and has a divergent effect. Moving forward and diverging, a previously irregular space becomes orderly and orderly. Dark tones match the theme of the space and suit the homeowner's preferences. “A few” includes the meaning of “deep courtyard” and “how much”. It is both the subject of space and the intention of the house to carry the new family with many beautiful and unknown expectations.

Before Designing

The district is large and the rhythm is unbalanced. The original space of the house has 1/3 irregular shape, the associated space utilization is limited, the movement line is curved. The entrance door is open to the meeting room, there is no privacy and storage space is limited. Small blockage of the kitchen area. The toilet is obscured by darkness and unreasonably furnished.

After Design

1. From south to north, the sequence of soft furnishings, space whitening, doors, and Nakajima is restored to restore order.

2. Create a cabinet along the sloping wall for the strange area, stretching the space boundary. The Public Private Zone Division facilitates the mobility line connecting children's rooms, utility rooms, attendants, classrooms and public areas, while increasing space utilization and becoming transparent.

3. The entrance gate is built with a virtual combination of suspended blocks, enhancing the privacy of the space, forming a complete home storage system with a rich sense of ceremony.

4. Open the original common wall of the kitchen, add island tables to the storage channel, expand the operating countertop and storage space; three-link sliding doors allow for a semi-open dining kitchen space that can be opened and opened. A nanny's room is set under the north side window.

5. Combine the dressing room with the master's room to create three separate bathrooms to form the master bedroom suite.

Gengguan Foyer
The designers combine the needs of the crossbar function, paying attention to the “Dobogh” deconstruction type. It is reasonable to integrate the functions of dressing mirrors, shoe changing stools, hangers, storage cabinets, and more. The upper and lower suspended design, ventilated lighting, function and style are combined.

Living Room
The living room TV cabinet is aligned with the sloping wall, the border is flush. The balcony opens, strengthens the connection, and the soft and flexible adapts to a variety of scenarios. The cortical background wall extends from the gables to the balcony, adding to the interactivity of the space.

Restaurant Dining room
The restaurant and the living room form a free relationship through a grid pivot door. Nakajima, dining cabinet, wine cabinet, and water bar counter are fully functional. Under the influence of natural light, a variety of materials combine to create an elegant atmosphere.

Kitchen Kitchen
The kitchen and restaurant are set with three-link glass sliding doors, making it easy to switch between food and stir fry. Nakajima has expanded its catering space and is suitable for small meals.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is accessed through a leather invisible door in the living room. Wood, fabric, and curtains create a sense of relaxation. The light box is placed between the bedrooms, supplementing the channel lighting. Three separate and double basins, while satisfying the main partition for men and women.

Children's Room
Tatami, desk and cabinet are integrated with functions such as rest, writing, storage, storage, storage, lighting and more. Fun walls provide creative space for future children.

Study room study room
North facing multipurpose room providing homeowners with a quiet secluded space.

Hallway Hallway
The mobile line connects household, toilet, storage, display, etc., as well as a gateway to the public areas, where families travel through Xu Xu to experience “a few” park experiences in this free, modern mansion.
