DEMANDS I IDEAL LIFE

Guohui Shan is Dingfeng Property's first large-scale high-end “urban luxury series” landmark project in Huizhou. Designed by Belt Collins Hong Kong, Savills is the first large-scale high-rise “urban luxury series” landmark project in Huizhou's central district, located in Huizhou. Jiangbei CBD core area of Huicheng District.

The owners are a couple of business owners from Hong Kong. Their husband is a design-related professional, knowledgeable and tasteful, passionate about cooking food in his spare time. The hostess is engaged in business management, is self-confident, affectionate and charming, preferring to collect wine, watch movies and socialize. Both couples pay great attention to design details, especially the sense of ceremony and quality of life, and the beauty tends to be minimalist.

Guohuishan Private House will be the couple's first residence in Huizhou to meet high quality living and diverse social needs. With the recommendation of Huizhou colleagues, we decided to entrust LICO to provide original customized, full-process managed, high-quality private house design services, with the utmost confidence. WE EXPECT LICO TO RESHAPE EVERYDAY LIFE AND CUSTOMIZE THE IDEAL LIFESTYLE WITH A HIGH QUALITY, RITUAL FEEL.

SOLUTION I IDEAL LIFE PLAN

Following the completion of the “Ideal Living City Garden Private Home” project, this project is a re-exploration and reflection on the high quality private housing type of business owners. BASED ON LICO'S “50% DESIGN” DESIGN CONCEPT AND “FUNCTIONAL AESTHETICS RESHAPING EVERYDAY LIFE”, THE CORPORATE OWNER RESIDES AROUND THE THEME OF “CHOICE AND CONNECTION”, PROPOSING THE IDEAL LIFE PROPOSITION OF “THOUGHTFULLY CONNECTED, CHOOSING A CONSCIOUS LIFE”, SO AS TO CREATE A SENSE OF ELEGANCE, SCALE, AND REVIEW FOR THE OWNER. The ideal home for connecting life, connecting others, connecting body and mind.

The designer designed the overall space as two dynamic zones. The dynamic area consists of a double entrance with a walk-in with cloakroom, a kitchen area in the Central and West Shuangishimai, a dining area with natural placement of two-sided wall cabinets, and a double terrace that opens up freely. The static area is a cloakroom where the male and female owner's clothes are stored, connected to the river-view master bedroom, a fully functional caretaker and an uninterrupted office area, forming a suite for the owner's emotional life needs such as relaxation, interaction, and work.

Functional planning is weak on the privacy of the prototype, and the corridor has been optimised to fully release air circulation, reasonably improve the utilisation of natural light and landscape, and significantly enhance the sense of ceremony and quality of the space experience through a triple central axis. Aesthetic form overlaps with natural texture on a warm basis, stitching together smooth lines and simplifying luxury elements to build space, presenting a quality lifestyle that maintains elegance, scale, and thoughtfully linked.

On the one hand, keeping in line with the ideal of life that one pursues, is the wisdom of choice. When dancing with the coming times, carefully choose a clean and concise living space, make good friends, maintain a sense of respect for others and self-respect. Movement is pleasant, free to flow, and calm. It is a breeze;

One aspect of staying consistent with natural rhythms is the wisdom of connection. IN THE HABIT OF WINDING RHYTHMS, CAREFULLY COMBINE A PASSIONATE RED MAPLE AND A CUP OF KUZAI RAFI TO MAINTAIN THE INITIAL SENSE AND INTRANSIGENCE OF GOOD THINGS, ATTRACTING AND, AS FAR AS APPROPRIATE, COMPLETELY IMPULSIVE AND ELEGANT.

Scale Moderation

Man is the measure of all things, and the appearance of the home is the measure of the master's sexual literacy. The design is designed to show quality with no boundaries, no moments, and no excess. Wall doors and windows, boundaries without boundaries, with some slack. There are several tables and chairs, according to a circular moment and as you like. Plaster sculptures, Roman columns, crystal lighting, as long as possible, the shapes are limited and endless. The true spirit of elegance lies in the grasp of all things, in the attitude towards life, behold wisdom, and indifference.

Life is the art of choice and home is the source of energy that supports life's faith.
