In the open countryside, immersed in orchards, surrounded by the mountains of Cesenate, stands a country villa - Casa BL, which replaces an old agricultural building. Villa by Lorenzo Tappi, the project includes a facade designed to blend with the surrounding natural colors: painted in two different colors to highlight volume and shade, focus on coffee brown to evoke the color and luminous white of the land, creating a perfect contrast.
The villa is shrouded in light and surrounded by colors surrounded by fields and orchards, on a spacious ground floor, which includes a large living room, a 65 ㎡ south-facing kitchen, a master bedroom (15 + 8 ㎡) with walk-in closet, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire interior is designed in beige and white tones, in an atmosphere of refined essence. Outside, in front of the entrance there is a nice porch and a technical room.
The living area is connected to the habitable attic, part of the attic is connected to the mezzanine, used as a study room, through the central element of the project, a spectacular spiral staircase with white resin coated reinforced concrete of Rizzi Scale. From the study area on the second floor there is access to a large terrace of 100 ㎡, which overlooks both sides of the building and can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding greenery.
