Despite its small size, only 40 ㎡, this apartment in Barcelona has a lot of cool features. The most important of them is the location on the ground floor of the building, so the house has a separate entrance and even its own cozy open-air front garden. And overall very close to the sea. But that's not all - the ceilings here are so high that the designers have added a fairly comfortable mezzanine. The interior is designed for a pleasant natural minimalism, and the designer hopes that its aesthetics will not conflict with the architecture in which it resides.
