This project came from a quiet idea, and when the owner bought it, he was not in a hurry to renovate, but first thought and communicated with the designer, filtered, and then settled on the idea. We were officially commissioned several years later. Design work is carried out with patience and calm.

When I came to the engineering site again, the lawn in the yard was already almost one person tall. I stood still for a moment, my thoughts drifted into the distance, listening to the chirping of birds around me. The basement is best used for reading and salon, however, with an entire bookcase, log suspended desk, natural textures to touch. The L-shaped water bar countertop, which sits facing the back of the sofa, is made of ultra-thin rock. The simple texture of the surface blends well with the exquisite cutting process.

Create a quiet private home, a relaxed reading atmosphere, build a texture of space that embraces everything in life. Coffee and red wine, dissolve into the daily routine of life. On the east side of the water bar is the fitness area, where both the body and the brain grow. One floor of the original balcony was demolished to merge into the dining space. Oyoko Hall was released again. The retained structural columns are designed as a separation between the guest restaurants, incorporating the functions of the dining cabinets. The 2.4-meter long table is the owner's favorite, and dining and mobile work can be combined. The TV background of the living room uses only one slant, each with minimal design language to express the attitude towards life. The bar counter on the outside of the kitchen is long and very white. At the same time as carving the space, the function is greatly extended. The second floor space study is the center, left and right are the daughter's room and the master bedroom. The study room is also home to a collection of books, and an extra-long worktop was made. At home, Mr. Ren uses more frequently, and it is also an ideal place for him to hold telecommuting meetings. The study room is separated from the corridor by oversized glass, while the clear vision guarantees room space, while the hallway is not crowded. The main bedroom is white and gentle, with plenty of storage hidden in the walls. Rock wall lights brighten up the expression of the space. The warden uses dark tiles that underline the white of the bathtub, revealing a hint of mystery.
