Sesquez Loft is a minimalist loft apartment in Arnièle-sur-Seine, France, designed by Heju Studio. Upon entering the apartment, the wide open area immediately catches people's attention, with each space gracefully flowing into the next. The entrance is cleverly divided by circular custom furniture compartments, seamlessly connecting with the restaurant kitchen. The custom kitchen island is presented in the same sage green tones as the furniture, topped with a quartz countertop resembling Caracatta marble. Further inside, the dining area is enhanced by elegant concrete arches and a bioethanol fireplace on an terracotta base. It is a prelude to the spacious living room, with soft light penetrating through the spacious glass ceiling.

Organic brick benches elegantly occupy the entire room, enhancing the fluidity of space. As a highlight, the rustic white staircase leads to a private office area that bathes in natural light upstairs. The downstairs sleeping area is accessed via a light wooden staircase with textured white walls on either side of the stairs. The original two bedrooms give a warm and comfortable feeling. Both are carpeted and have openings that allow light from the upper floors. The children's room offers fun storage space and vibrant wallpaper, while the second room serves as a cozy guest space. The shared bathroom is fully lined with pink mosaics, which contrasts sharply with the polished stone washbasins.
