Wind House is a complex of 3 villas on Bali's Island of Gods, with a grand architectural flair and plenty of raw materials. Each villa has a three-bedroom suite in a quiet area of Umaras. The villa is single-storey and symmetrical to each other, maintaining perfect privacy between the villas.
Each villa has a parking lot and a half-hidden door, which is covered by the roof of the villa, which slopes down to the floor until it touches the parking lot. This roof is one of the most important elements and concepts of the villa; it is like a huge old carpet of wood, sheltering the villa under its majestic existence. Another key element of this villa design is the diagonal layout with the land plot, so designers can maximize the length of the pool, the width of the living area, and the long visualization of the villa from the entrance to the villa. The furthest point is a sunken round bathtub.
Once you enter the roof covered entrance, you can enter the huge area, living area or common area inside the villa. In this area, the roof reaches its highest point, creating a circular feel that blends perfectly with the building to create an impactful yet warm impression. Kitchen, dining room, sofa area with circular sunken design and swimming pool coexist in this space. If you continue to walk along the main diagonal line of the plan, through the living area, you will come to a bridge across the pool, which leads to the private part of the plan, the three-bedroom suite. The master bedroom is peaked in a sunken round bathtub surrounded by greenery and under a suspended roof with no columns in the corner. The other two bedrooms are symmetrically designed on either side of the axis. All three bedrooms come with a reading sofa that can be used as an extra bed and can accommodate up to 8 people, each bathroom is different. Architecture, landscape and interior design blend perfectly in the building, which is one of its advantages and is already one of the most iconic elements of Biombo Architects, which brings nature into the interior of the building, making this house a perfect blend of luxury, elegance and tropical ambience.
