Replacing an existing 1970s residence, Emplacement combines a sense of purpose with its surroundings and the built environment to build a landscape and create a moment of tranquility. An additional level is hidden from the top, and as the design follows the descent of the terrain to the back, the form of the dwelling opens. NTF Architecture's Emplacement is a modern residence connected inside and out to the landscape, blending classical proportions and details with a modern style.

As a private home that celebrates its intersection with the surrounding environment, the combination of heavier brick elements with glass creates a delicately balanced structure that is both robust and focused on nature. To maintain relevance and distinguish it from other traditional residences, NTF Architecture aims to enhance the everyday experience of homes. Looking at how finishes and interior volumes enhance daily rituals, the trend-driven style was implemented early on. Constructed from precast concrete slabs, the building's weight proves that this house is the base for life's ebb and flow.
