This cool black flat floor holiday villa was designed by ZROBIM architects and is surrounded by picturesque trees. The architect incorporated the house organically into the landscape with the help of natural materials and building techniques. The task of ZROBIM architects is to create an unusual elevation, since the house itself is an ordinary box standing on a foundation. When developing the concept, ZROBIM architects took into account the client's brief and on this basis came up with the idea of creating a “towering” elevation. ZROBIM architects recommend creating a ventilated elevation from the bottom of the window to the highest point of the house and adding lighting along the bottom edge. Take the look outdoors and align with the patio. Under this building, the architect placed a pot of weather-resistant steel, inside which tall grass was planted.
Despite the abundance of black, the technique used by the architect makes the interior not gloomy, on the contrary, comfortable and stylish. One such technique is the illumination of the periphery under the ceiling, which emits soft diffused light on the ceiling, visually making it higher and the space freer. In monochrome interiors, furniture also plays an important role. The architect chooses the furniture in the project so that it can both lighten the monochrome and underpin the style of the interior. The center of the living room is a bright combination sofa, the blocks of which can be moved around, changing the geometry of the space, for example, exchanging when cooking or watching a fire in the fireplace.
Around the sofa, ZROBIM architects placed color accents in the form of coffee tables, shelves and televisions, which together with pictures add color and atmosphere to the interior. Therefore, the work in light, color focus and space geometry allowed the architect to create a stylish all-black interior complete with Italian furniture and beautiful forest landscapes.
