The original type of 130 ㎡ large flat floor, small duplex with three levels of stairs, there is an unreasonable problem of space planning and visual narrowness. Homeowners tend to have a light French design style, and the layout includes a children's room as a must-have option for two. Since the owner of the house has a long-term home office and has a large collection of books, a separate study room is one of the main needs of the homeowner.

//Design concept

Breaking the original rules of interior division, the designer divided one floor as a public space for activities and communication, and the second floor as a private base for rest and relaxation. After rearranging, the space is doubled in an instant.
Micro-curved ceiling lines, storage-based cabinets, French door covers and kickstands make the overall space more harmonious. The combination of light French and modern home, combined with neutral shades of gray, creates a comfortable and tolerant atmosphere.

//Basement & Bar
‍

The original gables were not laid out, and after reconfiguration, the designer installed built-in cabinets on both sides for convenient storage.
The “bar table”, the presence of a special emotional space, is something that homeowners like to indulge in on a daily basis. While considering functionality, this “bar counter” carries their fond memories of the past and boundless expectations for the future.

//Kitchen Restaurant

The design plan of the Central and West Kitchen has given the owners the idea of the future, and the Western kitchen refrigerator is set up to meet the refrigerated needs of future children's baby food.
Jolor's versatile contemporary furniture offers a rich visual experience and sense of design; a dining chair with a cut-out back provides space inspiration and creativity for those seeking quality of life.

//Living Room & Study Room
‍

In order to increase the range of activities as much as possible, the designers transformed the original guest bedroom and living room into a multifunctional space that combines study, living room and activity.
The functional design of the public space seems to repeat, in fact, embodying the designer's elaborate subtleties. The small multifunctional room formed by the sofa area can be a home theater, it can be a separate study, or it can be a temporary guest bedroom (sofa bed).
Electric TV with adjustable angle for greater freedom of space. The homeowner can lie lazily on the corner sofa and relax by switching the TV channels for an enviable display of relaxation.
The ToGo corner sofa from Ligne Roset is comfortable to sit on, elegant in shape, and the material of the technology fabric protects against cat scratches.
Study room and living room, connected to each other. Embedded bookshelves, multi-layer board integrated design, the wall lines are rougher and the overall rules are harmonious.
A balcony on one side, a habitat for the soul, a terrace set with a bench and a lazy sofa, visually, a transparent experience, and on the senses, a comfortable and relaxing effect is achieved.

The bathroom has done dry and wet separation treatment, dry area, used for washing and living storage functions. The mirror door in the bathroom, which can perform the basic function of the door, can be a mirror, and at the same time it is possible to achieve the effect of space extension using the principle of mirror reflection.

//Bedroom area
‍

The second floor is the secret base of the master bedroom area, and the designer expanded the space position of the master bedroom after shrinking the original hallway space.
The integrated master bedroom design, the minimalist wardrobe without door handles, fits snugly against the bedside cabinet. The arched balcony is one of the highlights of the master bedroom. The design of the cradle is remotely compatible with the bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, etc. Relax here when you are free, green outside the window and close your eyes.
The joy of living in space, as long as it is built, brings a zest to life, brings a lot of warmth and brightness to everyday days.
