Emptiness, empathy, and immersion in the soul, is perhaps the most attractive and moving part of private home design. The work of a private home designer is not limited to listening, knowing, imagining, reshaping, creating, displaying, receding, and retreating, thereby nourishing, or healing a life — ordinary, trivial, responsible, and meaningful in the mundane. By pursuing a variety of careers, people serve society with their expertise, life experience, and emotional energy to achieve their ideal life and life values. From this perspective, designers seem to be caregivers of people from different professional backgrounds, and LICO aspires to be the companions and creators of people who seek and achieve their ideal lives.

This is a design commission from a nursing home for young single women. The character of the hostess is gentle, gentle, relatively independent, has a high sense of beauty, attention to quality and detail. She often has a habit of watching movies after work, especially keen on art collections. Weekday working hours are stressful, relatively less stressful, relatively little time at home, very few cooks, and occasionally comes to stay with the doctor's boyfriend and mother. We expect the LICO team to create an artistic, relaxing, and ideal home to display art collections anywhere.

Medical practitioners need a strong sense of responsibility and mission. Most of their time, love, and patience are devoted to work and others, leaving little time and space for themselves, friends and family. Fortunately, art provides people with a proper and brief escape, while allowing people to freely enter the inner world of the self or connect to a wider world. THEREFORE, BASED ON THE DESIGN CONCEPT OF “50% DESIGN”, THE LICO TEAM PROPOSED THE DESIGN THEME OF “SPACE IS ART, ART IS SPACE” AND DEVELOPED THE CREATIVE IDEA OF THE PROJECT, INTENDING TO RECREATE A PRIVATE ART GALLERY FOR THE OWNERS AS A “FREE COLLECTION OF ART FOR SELF-SUSTENANCE”.

He lives alone because the owner works long hours in a disinfecting water clip with the smell of mixed metals. Therefore, the design team considers the concept of air circulation, luminosity and the atmosphere of space, freedom and security as fundamental considerations for the design. For example: Change the original bedroom with poor lighting and ventilation to consist of two arches, a semi-open, multifunctional space for collecting, viewing and playing, on the one hand as a dedicated space for the owner to exhibit the collection, and on the other hand to meet the owner's daily routine of taking pictures home from work, and occasionally for friends The game provides space; inspired by rainbow-inspired, artistically monumental arches connect the subject space. Living room and bedroom are naturally separated by a quadrilateral arched door, and humanity with nature, classical and modern, and realistic in the design of the living room doors and windows. The owner's everyday collection of antiques can be placed anywhere, make a cup of hot tea, sit in a seat, or play a game; or frolic, and the heart rushes; or simply experience some absurdity, weirdness, insignificance, and meaninglessness in the void of things and hearts. Moreover, the bedroom is also connected to the washroom area by curved corner wall extensions and square windows with arched corners to soften the space, releasing a sound, relaxing, and secure psychological hint to the owner without a trace before he falls asleep. ART IS THE BABYSITTING OF INDEPENDENT PERSONALITIES. In social life, we are called designers, doctors, teachers, artists, workers, farmers, scientists, etc., because of our different ideal pursuits and efforts. But in the face of art, we are able to move away from the role and just as independent people regain freedom of perception and directness. The opportunity of the mind, which is not high and low, it is not understood or misunderstood, it is not right or wrong, at this moment, what it is to feel, that is what it is. There is no huge mental drain, and between breaths, the heart slowly rises.

Art, which gives life an infinite freedom and a freedom to not have to do reasonable, right, and true things altogether. The reverse side of art is not banality, but indifference, treasure art, that is, the basis for cherishing the emotions of life. At the birth of art, the most important source is the projection of the intersection with the inner self, the memory of the mind. It can be, but it doesn't have to be a painting, or an antique, or a gem, or a pocket watch. It can be an abode; it can be a specially shaped door and window; it can be a remnant boulder; it can be any material or non-material, physical or celestial object that has been emotionally washed and deposited by man.
