This issue's owner, Floya @沒故事的飄飄, a home blogger with almost a million fans on the Internet, is the second suite she has renovated and our first collaboration. The room size is ideal in itself, the layout is square, the space is spacious, the space is excellent, the 3-sided circular windows are excellent (with 270° of light in Beijing) Sai), the reason for the transformation was mainly because she did not like the original old-earth style of decoration, as well as the lack and waste of functional space in the interior, which did not meet the needs of her life with her husband. Finally, the designer took her for a restyling from space layout, lifestyle habits/needs, style preferences , creating a “floating little castle” that she loves so much today.

Household pain points:
① The entrance space is too simple, direct access to the interior, lack of transitions

② Used room decoration in old style and does not meet the expected beauty

③ There is too much functional space in the original house model, the corridor is divided, the homeowner does not need to use it, causing waste of space

④ Lack of independent spaces for work/entertainment

Remodeling Highlights:
① Dismantle the original decoration and add elements such as domes, arches, high stilettos, and create a sense of style and level in the space

② Balcony modified large area of floor glass, demolishing the partition and joining the living room and dressing room, interacting with each other and perfecting the lighting

③ The original restaurant transformed Shimadai area, expanded the kitchen operating space, bedroom C transformed the restaurant, creating an integrated design of LDK dining kitchen

④ Bedroom B is transformed into a cloakroom, focusing on solving the problem of storage of clothes

⑤ Bathroom C is merged with Bedroom D to transform it into a video room, leading to an immersive cinema-grade audiovisual experience

⑥ ORIGINAL BEDROOM A+ CLOSET ROOM+BATHROOM COMBINED AND INTEROPERABLE, CONVENIENT FOR DAILY USE.

After the removal of a wall that extended from the restaurant in the original space, the entrance and vestibule space were much more spacious. The two walls of the rear passage hall made a symmetrical storage cabinet design, which not only greatly expanded the storage space in the room, but also served as a transitional entrance space and became a guest A visual link point for the dining kitchen. As a primary destination after entry, the living room is filled with a light French retro ritual and geometric rhythm. Here, with a square base and a concise block feel, the corner structure treated with arcs makes the space more soft and natural, allowing you to relax in a relaxed home atmosphere.

The modular sofa can change the assembly at will according to mood or needs, because it is constantly changing, and space also presents countless possibilities in the bearing rotation. The originally narrow living balcony was incorporated into the interior space, and the exterior glass was replaced by a whole panel, which makes the view more transparent and the light is better. Respecting the original space layout, we transformed the largest open area into a versatile living space that combines living room+kitchen+island+restaurant into a versatile living space that suits the owner's desire for a relaxed lifestyle. The interior is used in a variety of laying methods: fish bones, planking, wooden floors and mosaic tiles. Most of the space in the living room, hallway and bedroom is made of fish skeletons in the style of standard boards, and the edges are framed with two layers of boards, creating a nested effect, which can divide the space and be able to adjust the space.

The space in the original restaurant is very poor, because the exquisite staircase gives a more ceremonial feel to the dining scene, with tiles of different colors on the top, as if on a row of piano keys, and you can play cheerful piano notes. In the main gate, restaurant and Nakajima area, the middle of the mosaic tiles is laid, and the wood flooring is re-embedded around. Between the floor and the tiles, the difference between the two types of laying materials should be taken into account. Therefore, after selecting the product, in the case of known thickness data, it is necessary to lay the tiles first, and then according to the thickness of the floor, the floor area The ground is leveled (self-leveling with epoxy cement to guarantee the floor strength of the adhesive floor), so the floor is reapplied, the problem of the difference in height is solved, and there is no gap between the two (dry area is free of water vapor) for a cleaner and more beautiful appearance.

Ordinary household appliances are placed in storage cabinets under Nakajima, which are easy to access at all times, along with a large area of hollow stone material, become a powerful aid to the kitchen. The kitchen of the original household type has not changed, according to the cooking habits of the hostess, oil smoke is not a burden, so it was decided to open the kitchen area, the cooking area, all appliances, and sewage were placed in the kitchen to take over the basic functions, in which the dishwasher made a fully integrated design, the exterior was installed and the cabinets were completely one Pattern panel, made completely invisible.

Since the hostess usually has the need for a code office at home, she wants to have a space where she can work/read/enjoy life at the same time, so this restaurant with storage display cabinets came into being. The 2 m old wooden dining table can be used for three meals a day and has office functions. The rear cabinet has different compartments/drawers for storing different sizes of books and utensils. The husband is a fan of audiovisual equipment, and the converted bedroom has now become a base for his free exercise, with professional equipment comparable to that of a professional cinema.

The dressing room, created by the alteration of Bedroom B in the original model, provides ample storage space. The symmetrically designed cabinet meets the storage needs of all the clothes in the house and corresponds to the cabinet shape of the external corridor. As a private space, the master bedroom puts comfort first because of the needs of life. The design here dispenses with the function of walls and doors, allowing it to interact with the toilet, designed to create a free-flowing, pleasure-type space. The custom woodwork arch in the passage is undoubtedly the hallmark of the entire space. It is shaped on all sides, the process is complex, the requirements for precision are exacting (it is basically impossible to achieve the effect of tightly stitching with the space), so it is assembled in the factory after the initial production is finished, the first To fix the basic problem, fix the split and get it to the site, assemble it again and again on site, find out the details that need to be modified, and then return to the factory and continue grinding, and then it is thoroughly verified until it can be installed on site.

The bedroom bed is made from Italian imported art carved stone collage. The rolling carving pattern movement combines different lights to show different lighting effects. There are also two small dressing rooms in the bedroom, invisible doors are made, and the entire bedroom wall is integrated into one, behind the headboard of the husband and wife. Inside, you can store two people's underwear/pajamas and bedding quilts, which look not big but very well dressed. THROUGH THE RITUAL-FILLED ARCHED OPENING, IT IS A BATHING AREA DESIGNED FOR THE HOSTESS, WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY BATHING MOMENTS, RELIEVE FATIGUE AND FEEL RELAXED LIKE A HOLIDAY.

Compared to an infrequently used bathtub, the best location of the western window view ultimately gives the sink with frequent daily use. Designed to give the best view of the frequently-used function area, the large open windows bring the natural “frame” of the window into the interior, overlooking the bustling car water marathon, body and heart BUT IN TRANQUIL HARBOUR RIANTON, THE WINDOWS ARE CLOSED AND THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF NATURE SHUT OFF. Behind the arched window is the toilet area, the suspended toilet is convenient for daily cleaning, hidden and practical. The bathroom has no shower requirements and is mainly practical, so there is no tiling, only a basin+toilet, to make the space more voluminous, followed by the addition of vintage PU lines and carved lampshades, and an exquisite chandelier, and the visual tension is immediately filled.
