A splash of natural greenery permeates the view outside the window, pushes open the gates of Kowlu, and a breath of fresh air emerges, as if entering another world, everything becomes calm and harmonious. This project, located in Lujiazui, Kowlu, is a 160 ㎡ large flat floor. The modern furnished delivery standard of two rooms is not very suitable for the needs of four houses. Homeowners want to design on the basis of the kitchen sink, trying to avoid dismantling the kitchen sink as much as possible. White lacing+light+warm bright+natural textured design style, while the soft fabric is combined with modern+Italian minimalism to create an elegant and cozy atmosphere of space. On the layout, the designer redistributed the original entrance gate area by half, partly as a corridor for storage and access to the room, and partly as a gateway. After the main bedroom hood is removed, the extra space and the space of the original hallway are divided into a second bed, and the area of the second bed is extended.

//Basics: The dynamic fun of green art

Unravel the fabric of time and bring art into space one by one. The arched door connects the gatehouse and the corridor. From the perspective of the living room, there is a “no cave sky” landscape area. The combination of hidden storage and green color gives you a new touch. Erroneous, layered Verpan shell lights stimulate auditory and visual dual perception, infusing passion and dynamic fun into life. Whether it's size scale, unique design style, or ample sculptural feel, Zanotta art side cabinets are tailored to the space.

//LIVING ROOM: HIDDEN STORAGE, ZUMI IN YACHUNG

The combination of modern French and romantic fashion, milk white meets the freshness of elegant green, the combination of delicate soft base tones and elegant lines of restrained lines, creates a luxurious feel & stylish and classic living dining space. The guest restaurant, designed in the original large hall, has panoramic windows facing the river. To enhance the interactive feel, the designer changed the original closed kitchen to a semi-open one. The built-in roller blinds designed above Nakajima allow excess smoke to be stored freely. With a beautiful design approach, it meets the strong storage needs of women homeowners. The walls visible in the guest restaurant have hidden storage cabinets. The window frames are all hollowed out in the middle area. The left area, the middle zone, the middle island, and the right side of the temporary cabinet are all equipped with storage functions.

The Linge Roset diversifies the main sofa to meet the lifestyle of generations of homeowners. The backrest can be moved flexibly, enabling the possibility of staging life. You can adjust the direction of river views or follow-up entertainment, or relax. Finn Juhl single chair, combined with a deck chair, makes the living room ambience stand out. The sun shines on the ground through the curtains, and the moving white color gives one a sense of tranquility and purity. The style, with a natural texture, seems to bring everything in the sky into the home, allowing people to blend in with nature in harmony.

//RESTAURANT: ROUND TABLE DESIGN · DETAILS CAREFULLY CARVED

Walking into an open restaurant is like stepping into an aesthetic space. It blends light and shadow, lines and curvature into a fluid design to show sophistication in a minimalist way. A gourmet table, subtle world sweetness, a 1.35 meter round table and an open living room design that adds to the activity area outside the guest restaurant and is visually more comfortable. With a modern and chic look that feels simple, the classic marble table Agapecasa and the futuristic Roche Bobois transparent hoop chair give the space rich definition and depth.

//CHILDREN'S ROOM: SOFT AND STURDY, THE STRUCTURE BLENDS AESTHETICALLY

Unravel the connections of time and space and bring artifacts into the room. The children's room, which can be both open and closed, allows two cottage owners in the same area to share a leisure space and have their own separate “secret base”. The light green main tone area is the brother's “ideal country”, while the brother's room is white. The area that stands in the perspective of the brother's room looks at the brother's room, there is a feeling of infinite extension, the color blocks are distinct and interesting.

The middle sliding door is designed to connect the two areas together and separately from each other. When the sliding door is opened, it is a common area where the brothers interact and interact with each other, when the sliding door is closed, it is a separate space for each of them. Considering that the brother sleeps early, the location of the window is the brother's “vault”, and the brother arranged it on the inside. A two-meter desk, ample space for public activities, and the brothers' demands on the study room are very high on weekdays. When designing the desk, the designers designed it to the most comfortable scale possible. The light strip design of the desk and single bed box guarantees sufficient lighting. Home is the harbor in everyone's heart, and a building that bears the ages. Look at the scenery outside the window, listen to the sound of the bells, as if you are in the “exotic source of the world”, dance with romance and feel the flowing aesthetics.
