The appearance of Heritage Apartments is to allow a core family of 4 people (including parents and two teenage children) to live in a space with comfort as a pillar. In addition to serving as a place to welcome friends and family, you can enjoy the unique views of the city of Sao Paulo. The apartment has an area of 570 ㎡, divided into two zones: social area and private area. In the social area, the fusion of living room and balcony occupies the central area, turning into a large living area like a home theater. In an integrated living room with a restaurant and food area, everything happens in the same space.

As for the kitchen, it is isolated because it has an industrial structure, has a large fireplace, designed specifically for activities. The private area consists of five suites, one for each child, master bedroom suite, one new use, one games room, another for guest use. The couple's master suite is the most spacious, with a large walk-in closet, and the couple each has a bathroom. The service area is located at the rear of the apartment, with a kitchen, a half bathroom and a wine cellar. The project is interestingly close to matter, using two opposite materials to connect and integrate in subtle and complex ways. European oak is a light and soft material, while basalt is a harder material. Wood is mainly used in private and social areas and is designed to maintain comfort.
