For the planning of “home”, they seek the absolute purity and purity of the spiritual world, trying to find a place where one can relax and carry the interesting inspiration that comes from the day to day.
Located in the heart of Wenzhou, next to Zhejiang's first high-rise — World Trade Building, this project has an excellent location and excellent views, but also faces a relatively noisy natural environment. For the NX couple, how to make it “bustling out and quiet in” is the most important challenge to face in the project transformation.

Two Questions About Quiet

For the understanding of silence, the NX couple has their own insistence that “quiet” is the absolute silence of the space on the one hand, and on the other hand they want to have true peace of mind. For the former, they achieve a relatively quiet indoor environment by choosing soundproofed windows and soundproofing treatment of the whole house system; and for the latter, the quietness on the soul stems from the designers' understanding of space, derived from the relative balance with nature, which also leads to the second big theme of the case — “Nature”.

Feel the flow of nature

The designers open large areas of the space to welcome sunlight in the form of floor-to-ceiling windows. As the sun rises and sets, the sun shines into the room at different angles. You can feel the transformation from the sun in different areas of the space, as if the light is walking around the space, constantly manifesting itself in the day PHANTOM. While indoors, you can feel the light flowing from the outdoors, feel the glow of the early morning glow, the gentle and warm sun at noon, and the gentle dusk of the evening. Light leaves different textures, textures, textures... It is the designer's ingenious pen that does not modify the space itself, but through light and shadow, it portrays the rich structure in red and immutable colors, showing the beauty of the space itself — the beauty of structure.
Creating a terrace into an air garden, connected with the outside in an open form, the city park located on the ground and the artificial garden in the air seem to merge, forming a three-dimensional natural connection, and the boundaries between the sky and the ground are gradually blurred.

From Home to People
It should be experienced first

We cannot define whether a space is successful, but it is not advisable for a home space to adapt to the daily life of the owner and to lead the positive development of lifestyle habits. In order to create a bright and transparent space, the designers use an open approach to tightly connect the space, radiating outwards with the center of the restaurant, eliminating unnecessary partitions, and the light naturally flows through the space without being bound by the structure. At the same time, a completely open space brings a more intimate home experience and intimacy is no longer blocked by frames, making communication between family members easier and more comfortable. The master bedroom, consisting of two floors, does not seem like an unusual absolute privacy. It is a fusion and independent, strict office and cozy home, not in opposition, in the right space, leaving room for all kinds of lifestyles. As for the girls' room, it is not about continuing to dress refreshingly and simply in order to meet the totality of the space, but to plan it on the premise of respecting the child's own preferences. Designers want everyone in this home to have a space that is completely their own, without compromising everything outside.

After seeing so many intricate decorations, the NX couple grew increasingly eager for absolute purity and cleanliness, and passionate about collecting small objects that can bring inspiration in everyday life. Large storage space for an “empty” living experience. Learning to “hide” and “keep” is a necessary way to maintain a clean and simple life. Collecting in everyday life, gradually filling the space, the meaning of home space is this human emotion that grows more and more abundant with life. Every seemingly simple object carries irreplaceable memory for the owner. Moving from a house of more than forty square meters to this four hundred square meters of space, they need to change not only their way of life, but also their understanding of space. They applied the concept of “hiding” in small spaces to today's large spaces, freeing up more “emptiness” for “space” to form a pure and textured way of life.
