This holiday villa is located in the seaside town of Nha Trang, on the southeastern coast of Vietnam, in a prime location. The 800 ㎡ site is built on a mountainside with unique sea views overlooking the bay and mountains. As the last piece in the client's holiday villa series

The goal of MM+Architects is to create a unique, fun guest experience and optimize the sea view. The overall design emphasizes the conciseness of structural shapes. Exposed concrete slabs give off a beastly influence, floating glass cubes visually blend the building with its surroundings.

The property can be accessed from under a suspended swimming pool at the front of the venue, and the front of the pool is transparent, adding a dramatic effect to create a unique sense of arrival. Carved into the mountains, the ground floor has two bedrooms, each with a private garden and jacuzzi to balance the lack of panoramic views, as well as a media/home cinema room located at the back of the house.

The first floor is naturally ventilated, fully open, no windows. Like a large open deck with a panoramic view, it offers a higher outdoor/indoor experience. The floor includes a swimming pool, sunken living room, entertainment corner, dining area and kitchen. By combining all these features, the villa can function like a small boutique hotel. Each element (swimming pool, stairs, kitchen, sunken living room) is carefully designed with natural materials and/or innovative solutions. The multiple reflections of the mirrored ceiling bring the surrounding vegetation and landscape into the villa. The five bedrooms on the second floor have floor-to-ceiling windows and are fully immersed in the scenery. All bathrooms are open and separated from the bedroom by a partition. The interior is simple in design, and the bedrooms give a feeling of floating above the surrounding vast landscape, all to highlight the guest experience. Like the roof and the first floor, some entertainment is added, with a large jacuzzi open to the sky, a golf course and an outdoor sandy sun lounge. Compared to simple building shapes, the multiple aesthetic effects and functional elements are designed to create a memorable guest experience while maximizing the main value of the villa, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from every corner.
