During the construction of a warehouse, the architect discovered the opportunity to build a loft in the space to enjoy a quiet time surrounded by nature, so this annex building for vacation was born.
The annex building is designed for comfort and a natural blend of charm, featuring neutral-hued paint and white cement, with natural textures such as wood, linen and cotton to bring comfort on different scales. A practical environment that emphasizes natural lighting and connection with nature, including the entire space. This 110 ㎡ luxury loft has a linear layout that separates the private area from the social area from the balcony. The doors of the suite are invisible and, when opened, show rustic and elegant architecture. It is a location where you can see the top of the trees in the social area, creating a scene of purification of the soul. The kitchen has a unique white coating that provides a space for experimentation, whether decorative or cooking. Handmade products, pottery and soapstone tableware embellish the space with effective decoration, this decoration pays homage to the culture of Minas Gerais.
