This case is a villa project in Huangshan, where the owner lives in three houses. When it comes to decorating needs, there is a desire for something modern and a light and luxurious texture. With a total area of 720 ㎡, such a large space, it is not easy to plan well moving comfort.
One floor is planned as the owner's usual living area, and the guest kitchen is planned. Demolish an original room, incorporate into the kitchen, and turn it into a Midwestern kitchen.

PART/01 REUNITE WITH YOUR FAVORITE LIFE

During the design communication, the owner said that the house she lived in before also had a basement, because it was not very comfortable to live in on wet, rainy days. The house, at the beginning of its decoration, made some tips, installed new ventilation, dehumidification systems, etc., and also used skylights, without worrying about humidity problems.

Yes, being reunited with your favorite life is a particularly joyous thing. The living room is combined with gray wall panels and light lines, adding some of the grille decoration, while highlighting the level, while also showing the texture of the material with the addition of light.

The L-shaped business leather sofa forms a lively surround, creating a great atmosphere of communication, whether it is the usual family sitting around watching TV or climbing business at home. The appearance of a home depends on the occupant's lifestyle, movement habits, and sensitivity to color, especially large spaces, making planning relatively difficult. Small spaces can be reduced, and large villas, how to effectively divide the functional area and guarantee the comfort of living, require strong professional design skills, without wasting space. The balcony is lit to let outside light and landscape into the room, the TV background walls are combined with marble and grille boards, light lines are embedded in the middle, the lights connect the stone and wood, the cold hardness of the weak fossils, while adding some hazy filters to the softness of the wood as well. PART/02 Fireworks hidden in people's rooms are also common in everyday life

The elevated restaurant allows the whole interior to extend a sense of luxury sequence. In this space, the scale of the design can be clearly felt. One inch by inch, whether horizontal or longitudinal, the designer grasps the scale well. Simple ring-shaped chandelier that matches the round marble dining table. Connecting spaces with everyday food and dining through visual links is a theatre of home life carefully crafted by designers. In this theater, family, relatives, and friends are deeply involved, bringing closer to each other through a one-meal dining experience.

The original kitchen was not so big, and to make the life line smoother, the designers demolished a bedroom and put it to Western use. “Because of the design of this Central and Western cuisine, it gives the dining experience a sense of ceremony. Every morning, the family has breakfast together, finishes breakfast, goes to work, goes to school.” The owner said. The meaning of the design is that fireworks hidden in people also flow into the mundane everyday.

PART/03 Prefer a warm and relaxing atmosphere

Arranged on the second floor, the children's room continues the overall simplicity and lightness. The panels combine with the wall fabric, breaking the usual design rules and giving the space a more lively aesthetic. Customize suspended bedside tables and desks to reduce the frequency of household cleaning. The warm wooden floor creates a visual impact with the dark green walls, and the texture is instantly enhanced. The temperature of life spreads through space, it's about the material, it's about the lines, it's about the lighting, and there's always some lingering warmth. Grow with your children and see a wider life together. The layout of the second floor on the other side is slightly different, the headboard is not against the wall, separated by clamped glass, and the storage cabinet is customized at the back, without cutting function, instead making the space more permeable.

PART/04 Visible world and the people around

The design incorporates not only the expertise of the designer, but also the vision and experience of the residents, and the multidimensional elements combine to form a richly layered space. In their free time, a family can find their favorite way of exercising in this space, independently and communicating at any time. In design, using the lighting of the patio to increase the brightness of the room, install new ventilation, dehumidification, central air conditioning, maintain dry ventilation, thoroughly solve the problem of humidity of the original negative layer, and the comfort of living is also higher.

Space is like a person, there is emotion. A home where everything goes smoothly when the functions and moves are all reasonable. The design is as it is, whether it is a small house or a large villa, every inch needs to be mastered in detail. No fuss, no fuss, but no sense of home. A simple space environment is created with simple materials, creating a whole person's relationship with nature and with life. Giving space back is the best respect for life.
