Located on the 19th floor of the modern residential complex “Sunshine City”, this 50 ㎡ apartment is an apartment for single men and teenagers. The main task of designers is to create a bright modern living space that gets rid of the feeling of a standard apartment in a typical residential area. During the renovation, the designers combined the living room and kitchen, creating a fully equipped bedroom with a work area, a spacious dressing room, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Designers also use many solutions that visually expand the space, plasterboard with mirrors on top is placed in the living area behind the sofa and kitchen. This is what is needed to expand the space, a principle that is also repeated on the front of the hallway closet. Open-top doors also create a sense of height.
