Tetra Villas overcome the rather uneven terrain, set on the top floor of the dry reserve, and the land outside the building is divided into a garden, creating a personal and natural experience for the residents and allowing the building to breathe in these spaces.

The design of these volumes is designed to protect privacy by not making it opaque in form, but directing it towards the main landscape and using landscape beautification between the grooves in the floating box to create more scenes filtering the part that will eventually be exposed. By dividing the top prism, a pillar forest is formed in the structural project, which from the same point turns into four pillars, transforming this column into a suspension of the upper block, while also elevating the structure of the house into an intrinsic sculptural element.
