Frampton Co is proud to announce the completion of the Leyton Project, a new luxury development overlooking New York City's Central Park. The residential area consists of 38 apartments, with a layout of one to four bedrooms and two penthouse apartments. The designers emphasize the volumetric G feel and warmth of the living space, providing refined comfort through organic materials and custom fine woodwork.
“The feeling of real home is at the heart of our design,” says the designer. “We focus on refined, layered neutral palettes and sculptural lighting that let proportions shine and use sophisticated finishes. Oak flooring with a wide board, open layout and wide proportions creates a serene canvas for everyday life.
IN THE MULTI-STOREY APARTMENT, DOUBLE HIGH CEILINGS, OPEN KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM PROVIDE AMPLE SPACE TO ADD LIFE TO THE INTERIOR THROUGH ART AND DESIGN. In the restaurant, designers use round seats and use sculptural lamps. The professional kitchen features marble countertops and clear modern lines, custom made by the German factory Poggenpohl and equipped with first-class Gagner appliances.
Gas fireplaces radiate outwards from the quartzite gate, and on the terrace, behind a glass door with a blurred inner outer boundary, a faucet is installed for easy cultivation. A special moment is the choice of color — creating a unique set of hues, especially for Leyton. In addition, the designers specifically focused on only four fabric choices. The bedroom comes with a spacious walk-in closet, and the bathroom is decorated with Siberian moss limestone and Fantini fixtures made of polished nickel.
