This landscaped villa is conceived through a landscape creation method that combines the use of potential landscape tropical native plants with the use of native species of the Atlantic forest biome. In this way, the goal is to create a striking, powerful landscape environment, integrate the villa with its native biome, and implement real environmental and microclimate improvements to the area.
The garden around the building is made up of very tropical plants, often with a large amount of life, as well as a variety of textures and colors. THE VEGETATION LAYER APPEARS UNDER THE CROWN OF SPECIMENS OF TREES, MARKING THE AXIS OF VISION AND ADJUSTING THE LIGHTING UNDER THE CANOPY, WHERE HERBACEOUS PLANTS AND SHRUBS COORDINATE AND COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER IN LANDSCAPE SENSE. At the entrance, coexisting with the garden, one can observe the structure covered with graphic tiles, making repeated references in other parts of the project, giving a unified artistic reference. In the leisure area, the swimming pool is integrated into a deck, and a seating area is also formed on the deck. On the upper level, making full use of the sun, the aim is to create an edible garden, organized in a landscape way, to grow oil, medicinal, aromatic and edible plants.
