The DDD Architects team designed this 60 ㎡ apartment as an investment project designed for buyers. The proposal comes from the studio, which is a risk for the client, since the investment project is characterized by a larger production product, rather than an uncluttered design, rather than a simple design.

The apartment in the Moscow residential district Match Point is an empty concrete box. The main advantage is its location, which made it clear in advance that there will be a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, which ultimately becomes the main area of the apartment. It is located in the corner of the building with plenty of natural light. The kitchen island combines with the dining table and divides the space well. In the kitchen, the designer decided to abandon the hanging cabinets above the countertop and move the storage to the Nakajima part - it is more convenient to use and the space is visually lighter.

Natural stone — limestone — is used as a finish for wet areas. The floor in the living room and bedroom is made of noble solid oak. On the walls — high-quality waterproof emulsion white paint. The furniture is made of dense fiberboard in veneer and enamel, the designer chose sanitary ware made of light polished steel. Mainly use calm and soft colors. The accent color in the interior of upholstered furniture and on the curtains is gray - it harmoniously combines with lime and natural wood.
