The objective of the two projects carried out by Studio Arthur Casas is to correspond to the size of the space in which they are located and the elements around it. The first is an integrated function area with a leisure area, which includes a swimming pool, barbecue area, gourmet kitchen, cellar, games area, spa, massage room and gym; all of these spaces are functionally distributed in an open and connected layout, ideal for meetings, meetings and meetings Plus Customer Presentations — Customers always welcome friends and family to join the celebration.

In addition to this requirement, it is necessary to design a showroom to show customers their horses, so a large landscape area is planned, the material details of which help to highlight the beautiful animals and emphasize their elegance. Portuguese tile is an example, which embodies the appearance of the owner and forms a harmonious composition with wooden walls and ceilings. The influence of Portuguese culture is also present in other parts of the project, such as stone walls inspired by buildings in the Portuguese hinterland, using burnt wood, burnt cement floors, textured sand or earthenware paint, and a romantic landscape beautification, meaning the Portuguese countryside.

The second project is an accommodation area with 14 rooms, all with a private garden and access to a terrace with a beautiful water mirror on the terrace. The environment is connected by material properties to the integrated functional area, with the addition of Portuguese tiles and wooden structures. The windows of the room have a frame with waterproof wooden shutters that allow cross ventilation between the windows. Optimized and accelerated project execution through design solutions, such as the decision to make the exhibition hall use a fully prefabricated metal structure and roof to improve the thermal performance of the accommodation area. Portuguese-influenced materials highlight elements of the project, such as the boundless stone pool and the cellars with stone walls and wooden floors. THE CEILING IS ILLUMINATED WITH MINIATURE LAMPS AND FLOOR LAMPS ARE INSTALLED TO ENHANCE THE WALL EFFECT.
