The land is in an unsurpassed condition, adjacent on three sides, there is a place with public access, so a vast landscape can be built as a view to enjoying the home. The villa is considered to be a privacy and temperature filtration system. These spaces are created for new uses through these filters, depending on the occupant and external conditions. The main filter is the garden, where native terrestrial species are the first barrier to warm air and retain the sand dust that often hovers in the Kuwaiti sky. The first filter is the next pool, which is covered with perforated stone, over time it will be covered with climbing plants and makes the basement space a perfect space for night rest in autumn, winter and spring.

This enclosed space is located in the living room next to the garden area with openings to shaded outdoor spaces, minimizing the heat gain caused by solar radiation. These spaces are the most basic spaces in a family's day, flowing vertically, connected by a space made up of custom-made multifunctional furniture that forms the core of the home and surrounds the main staircase leading to the most private area. As is typical of Kuwaiti traditional culture, the meeting area for friends and visitors (Divania) is near the entrance to most public places. It is divided into an outdoor activity area and an indoor activity area, and they can meet at any time. The patio can serve as a heat filter inside the room. Depending on how the surrounding space is opened and closed, their function is to take hot air away from the house.
