The private house unique design

Freedom and utility

For the traditional Chinese family, this is undoubtedly an important way to keep family members glued together. The gesture of life

If we say that a floor space is the primary part of a building's entrance, what it represents is the most representative perceptual output of the entire building system. So the state of the whole living room is open, with a feeling of freedom. The sun fills the room inexorably, while the sea breeze swells the coconut trees, becoming part of the spatial picture. At the same time, the designer changed the kitchen and restaurant space originally set on one floor to the negative one, while the original space was divided into the functions of the old man's room, the worker's room, and the guest room. It is undoubtedly a peaceful, moderately open state. Therefore, this guarantees not only the reception of guests, but also the convenience and comfort of movement of elderly people, workers and guests. Based on a layer of space. The designer defined the upstairs space as a quieter and more private static space. The second floor serves as the main living space for children and the elderly, divided into three bedrooms. Because there is no need for large and long-term storage, designers give each space greater scale to make the experience feel more comfortable and relaxing. Of course, this fits the meaning of the holiday. The three-story space is configured for a more private private space. As the owner of the room, the designer combines all the necessary functions in one large environment. The owner will not only have more freedom to use these functional scenes, but at the same time, they will also enjoy the most extreme natural scenery in the best viewing conditions.

Negative level is defined as a more dynamic, integrated social space. In this space, freedom remains an unchanging theme. But this is not limited to the freedom of spatial motion. It is also expressed in relationships such as the combined form of functional use, visual emotional processing, and the form of communication indoors and out. And because of the diversity of family members, their functional demands also appear to be diverse. So in this space, the designers focused on a multifunctional leisure space for the whole family. To the part against the wall, the interior and exterior extended the space for daily living with a combination of Central Western cuisine, casual dining and children's restaurant. Connected to the daily restaurant is the game room, which caters to the entertainment needs of older family members. Behind the multifunction room there is an independent banquet hall that can accommodate the whole family at a table. The banquet hall is illuminated on both sides, with access to the outdoor garden and on the other side you can walk through a patio garden to the bar area. This creates a better dining atmosphere, while the designers take into account possible banquet requests and the possibility of a stay. So on the negative level of the functional setting, a separate room was considered with the outdoor line, in case of occasional needs. Settings for the last two ancillary function spaces. Continuing the relationship between one floor space and the garden, the designer fulfilled the possibility of his third restaurant with the construction of a sunroom in the magnificent garden. Here, the owner can enjoy the pleasure of hot pot to the fullest. The attic on the top floor was given the function of a public observation deck. Every day at sunrise and sunset, you will see the ultimate view.
