The designers of Quadro Room have created a captivating interior space in Moscow: lamps and furniture look like sculptures, and paintings also blend in with the landscape outside the window. The building in the apartment is located on the river, with panoramic windows and stunning views can be enjoyed at any time of the year. In summer, sailboats glide on the surface of the water, in winter, fishermen fish on the ice. “The relaxed pace of life is calming,” says the designers of Quadro Room. “I want to stop and relax and enjoy the scenery.” The idea for the project was proposed according to the environment - meditation monochrome. “

Initial structure: There are seven windows on both sides, including four bay windows, with an area of 190 ㎡. It is possible to plan everything that a family with two children needs. This space is remembered by people for its pure geometric shapes and varied textures. Rough lime juxtaposed with delicate corduroy and fleece fabrics, brass highlights bring warmth, and active marble patterns energize the inward palette.

The designers removed the huge window sill and replaced the bulky radiator with a convection, the grille of which is made of the same wood as the parquet floor. So now the landscape outside the window looks like a giant painting. “Eighty percent of the furniture is made according to sketches,” says the designer. “The result is a foundation of harmony on which design objects and art can function.”

Designers want art to truly blend into the interior, like a missing piece in a puzzle. Thus, Marina Kastalskaya's canvases become the focal point of all textures and lines in the living room, Kristina Sidorova's painting “Sea” seems to be specially painted for the kitchen, and the children's room is decorated with a painting by the young artist Lucy Solovyova from Vladimir. “Art gives meaning and weight to the interior, elevating spaces with practical functions to a new level,” the designer is sure.

Quadro Room is a Moscow-based interior design studio with years of experience, co-founded by founders Anastasia Roman and Alyona Zlachevsky. As one of the founders of the studio, Anastasia Roman leads Quadro Room, solving both large and small project problems, thanks to years of design experience and excellent material knowledge. Another founder, Alyona Zlachevsky, has unique insights into color and space planning, and she is a tasteful designer, each piece combining styles from different periods and the history behind it.
