Before Designing

Entry opens the door to the meeting room, there is an imbalance of proportions, insufficient privacy, limited storage space. The main bedroom walking route is crooked, the spatial order is chaotic. The sleeping space is complex and the walls are dense. The equipment balcony is narrow and the space utilization is low. Living balcony exterior walls are shaped differently and space utilization is limited.

After Design

1. Rebuild spatial order using traditional two-dimensional relationships. The first screen creates privacy, and the second, the dining island enriches the integrity of life.

2. External washbasin, master bedroom suite introduces glass material, transparent partition, optimized layout.

3. Demolish the original non-load-bearing common wall to open up space and facilitate a shared cloakroom with family members.

4. Move the door freely and connect the equipment to the balcony and cloakroom, and the household line will be relaxed.

5. Connect to the south side of the exotic balcony and connect the children's room to form a flowing mobile line.

The concealed sliding door in the cloakroom can be opened and the storage space is flexible and the family can share. The material matching and proportional scale of the structure implies the connection between family and family relationships and makes the relationship between family and family closer. The integrated design of the dining island is the second relation of the space, experiencing a level of guidance that allows you to enter the interior space. The dining kitchen space expands from the perspective of everyday life, breaking boundaries and increasing the interaction between person and person and home.
