New work by the team of Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, a villa located in Soto Grande, Spain. The expressiveness of this three-storey villa is designed in a continuous movement, which indicates that between its different rooms there is a pedestrian passage from which to explore the landscape that extends in front of it.
The layout of the exterior forms is designed to take full advantage of the constructability of its land. Through its long diagonal lines, these parts seem to be connected only through their vertices, but inside they are intertwined and constantly interchanged. The upper level leads to a large balcony: the roof of the central part, the span of which extends in two directions; to the outside, towards the swimming pool, then to the inside of the plot, until the boundary of the upper level.
With its three-level layout and uninterrupted spatial continuity, the structure attracts people's eyes to follow its shape; an almost playful image that immediately presents and hints at the villa's unique identity.
