In a large corner, this project involves demolishing an old house and remodeling it into a brand new family home, the design of which is based on utilizing the shape of the land, the slopes, the original garden, and the eventual potential landscape. The building developed along two axes: in order to maintain privacy with neighbors, a wall was built, served as an entrance to the house, developed into a social zone, and on the other hand, into a private one. This'T” type layout structure is smaller in length but wider, occupies the entire social area, closer to the lowest position, and opens the house to the garden and pool area
At the junction between the two arms, a spiral staircase is set up, leading residents to the second floor experience, an area that provides guests with extra rooms and a leisure area, with a gym, sauna and massage room. This space functions independently of the rest of the dwelling and serves as an extended use, if there are no visitors, it is basically a house with only one floor.
