Reece Keil Design lays a soft touch on a gentle foundation, embedding a spirit of warmth and passion. To optimize the site and its opportunistic perspective, Villa Casa uses the materiality of its structural expression to create a powerful sense of presence on its gradient terrain. A clear awareness of interaction with the environment is the foundation of the family — direction and perspective help to align function with space. Then, holes and arches allow the overall form to be opened, encouraging natural ventilation and light to fill the interior. Reece Keil Design uses a contrasting approach to illuminate the space with a light-colored finish, framing the portal with subtle and dark details, drawing the view outward.

With the use of bold colors and materials, the interior space becomes full of fun — a way for owners to express themselves. The subtle arched interpretation of elements such as the large kitchen Nakajima, furniture, windows and dressing table softens the linear appearance of the entire space.
