Located on the shores of Jinji Lake in Suzhou, Linglong Bay Residence is noted for its unique location and proximity to Suzhou's iconic landmark “Gate of the East”. Lantin was designed as an elegant and quality-of-life independent owner to create a home that blends modern design with natural elements. This space not only pursues practicality, but also meets the living needs of owners to read carefully, dine and more. This article takes a deep look at how this 60 floor residence strikes a balance between aesthetics and function, creating an ideal home that immerses one in nature and poetry.

LANTING DESIGN: THE PURSUIT OF THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF NATURE AND QUALITY OF LIFE

Lantin was designed in this residential project to fully consider the personal living needs of the owner. As a woman who pursues a simple life, the owner has strict requirements for texture, comfort and atmosphere of space. Therefore, the Lantin design team has created a simple and textured space based on natural elements and modern design.

Using warm colored walls and dark wood frames, the designers combined with antique furniture to decorate the space, giving the whole house a warm, calm atmosphere. This combination not only reflects the personality of the owner, but also gives the space a natural and rustic beauty that makes one feel calm and comfortable in it.

Mobile Open Space: Breaking the Limits of Traditional Layouts

The greatest innovation of Lantin's design is that it breaks the traditional separation of space, allowing each area to flow naturally. Designers created a space full of momentum by removing parts of the wall to allow free flow of light and air. This design not only makes the space seem more spacious, but also allows residents to move freely in their daily lives without the need for traditional zoning.

For example, designers use geometric lines and patterns that flow randomly between the living room and the restaurant, blurring the lines of the two, creating a diverse social scene. Here, the owner can quietly enjoy a cup of hot tea in the reading corner or hang out with family and friends for a relaxing time.

The perfect blend of nature and function

Another striking feature of this residential project is the large use of floor-to-ceiling windows. These windows not only introduce natural light, but also make the outdoor natural view part of the interior design. The designers cleverly combined the hunting chair with the view outside the window, maximizing the fusion of indoor space with the natural environment.

In addition, every piece of furniture and decoration in the house is carefully selected. For example, a 1950s ceramic round table from the French potter Roger Capron, each with a unique leaf pattern, adds a touch of art to the whole space. Paired with Danish rose wood chairs and white paper lamps, these antique furniture make the whole space more serene and serene, matching the natural and textural lifestyle sought by the owners.

Sustainable and Comfortable: Choose from natural materials to create the ideal home

Lantin design pays special attention to the naturalness and sustainability of the selected materials in this project. The designer's extensive use of natural materials such as linen, wood finishes and stone not only enhances the aesthetic value of the space, but also provides residents with a living experience in harmony with nature. Especially in the design of the master bedroom, the designers chose large floor-to-ceiling windows, combined with sofas and linens, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that allows the owner to truly relax in the busy city life.

These natural materials not only make the space more comfortable, but also give it a unique personality. The designer uses a delicate facial treatment to enhance the texture of the space. For example, the line texture in the same color as the wall not only adds a visual level, but also makes the overall design more consistent.

The Beauty of Time: Combining Functionality with Artistic Quality

Over time, Lantin's design emphasizes the different levels of beauty that residential spaces exhibit over time of residence. Every detail in the space, whether the design of the grille partition walls or the combination of abstract paintings with antique furniture, embodies the designer's deep understanding of function and aesthetics. These designs not only meet the current needs of residents, but also provide them with a space that can become more personalized as time changes.

The grille partition wall preserves the openness and transparency of the space while providing subtle separation. And the abstract paintings of mulberry bark from the Popondetta area are displayed not only as home artwork, but also express the local tribal culture and blend well with other elements of the interior.

Pursuit of harmony and warm design style

The colors of the entire residential space are very well matched, and the designers use a uniform tone and create a warm and attractive environment through the use of materials such as stone and wood finishes. The ingenious combination of these design elements makes the space full of modernity while preserving natural simplicity and warmth.

Designed by Lantin, this piece is more than just a living space, it is also a home that increasingly meets the needs and tastes of residents over time. From the point of view of visual enjoyment or utility, this 60 floor residential project achieves a high degree of harmony and balance.

The 60 floor residential project in Ling Lung Wan, Suzhou, designed by Lanting, successfully achieves the perfect combination of function and aesthetics. From warm-toned walls to carefully selected antique furniture, from large floor-to-ceiling windows to open space layouts, this home fully satisfies the owners' pursuit of comfort, tranquility and texture. Here, nature is combined with poetry, and the passage of time adds a deep sense of beauty to this home. In the future, this space will continue to change with the needs of the residents to become a truly lifestyle home.
