However, they are not satisfied with enjoying this happiness only at certain times of the year, on vacation or family vacation, they decide to own their own private resort and focus on making this goal a reality.

The first step Lima Decor takes is to help them find the perfect property to realize this dream, and that is exactly what Lima Decor has achieved. On a plot of 5000 ㎡, there is a house with a history of 30 years, waiting for buyers. Once officially purchased, Lima Decor set out to create a 520 ㎡ villa complex, which was built behind the land, becoming the perfect combination of the best and most luxurious resorts they had ever enjoyed. Construction is challenging. First of all, because of the speed at which it must run. This family wants to fully enjoy their own little paradise as soon as possible, and in order for Lima Decor to meet this requirement, Lima Decor has chosen to use metal structures for quick construction. The designer only took 7 months to complete the project.

After overcoming the initial hurdles, designers turned to material specifications to ensure owners and their guests feel as if they were inside a real resort. The 120 ㎡ swimming pool, with its interesting design surrounded by palm trees, plus a gazebo with a large spa, recreates the charming impression of a year-round vacation. Beauty spas and gyms enhance well-being and encourage everyone who can enjoy these environments to adopt a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.
The large glass panels of the living area and barbecue area achieve visual fusion even when closed, and nature is full of life outside this wonderful residence and makes an impact inside! The wooden ceiling guarantees the comfort of the space!
