The Superlimão construction company has signed the construction project of the Piauí Apartments, an area of 350 ㎡, whose name comes from the street in which it resides, located in the traditional community of Higienópolis. The Superlimão program honors existing buildings and original elements built in the 70s, eliminates most of the original space divisions, opens up space for the passage of natural light, and reuses the passage of style grilles to build a new building. Existing ducted air conditioning system. The wooden floor was repaired, the beams and pipes were exposed, and the lime marble was reused, creating the effect of expanded waterstone on the floor. Stainless steel island tables are preserved in the kitchen and supplemented with stone. The windows of the entire apartment are spacious, bringing the green landscape of Buenos Aires Park into everyday life. At one end of the living room, wooden products designed by the Superlimão design team define one of the client's main needs: an office where you can work, hold meetings and read your own collected books. The sliding door is equipped with prismatic glass to isolate the space or blend into the living room.

Opposite, behind the disguised door, is the family's beloved home theater. As with the whole apartment, cutting-edge technology is also present here: automation, integrated sound systems and data processing centers, and thermostatic cellars and bars are also located in this environment. The private area includes a suite and three children's bedrooms, all designed to reflect the personality of the residents. In this couple's suite, natural materials such as wood and straw are combined with light tones to create an atmosphere of rest and comfort, highlighting the texture of exposed brick and concrete.
