Relaxed and comfortable home

When it comes to luxury homes, most people think of premium materials, expensive furniture, or minimalist or luxurious decoration, and refined living, as if living in a mansion has lost that laid-back sense of living. But from the point of view of designers and owners, a house is about happiness, no matter what way it is built, no matter what materials are used, it is a service to people, and it should express the attributes of a safe, comfortable, loving family. So in this case, the goal of the design is not to make a mansion, but to finish a cozy, perhaps even slightly “light” home — a sense of building away from the materials, free from the sense of ritual, and returning to the essence of comfort, relaxation, and relaxation.

The entrance uses a transverse passage as a gateway to the entrance, while a room is arranged in the back. A painting by a young artist is hung in front of the gate, and a light window is deliberately left on the right side of the entrance that allows a beam of light to enter this passage. A corner cabinet is arranged behind the door, which serves as a storage for the entrance, to store some clothes and shoes, and the suspended part under the bottom, is the place for the sweeper, which can be cleaned by yourself, making it convenient for life. Functionally, the design emphasizes familiarity with the family: there are warm channel lights that welcome home owners who return from work; a kitchen with beautiful views and views, a hostess who cooks for home; a unique bedroom that gives each family member a private space; a piano and a grand piano Paintings and installations of contemporary art immerse life in the lavender of art and nourish the spirit of the countryside.

THE CORRIDOR IS A TRANSITIONAL AREA OF QUIET SPACE, WHICH IS DECORATED WITH LIGHT AND ARTWORK TO MAKE THE VISUAL EXPERIENCE MORE COMFORTABLE. Follow the light's guide to the left to enter the room. THE COMBINATION OF THE LIVING ROOM IS SIMPLE YET BEAUTIFUL, WITH A B&O TV, A PIANO, AND A SET OF HOMEOWNER-FAVORITE BAXTER SOFAS. The piano and violin reveal the artistic refinement of the owner and the bookish aroma of the home. A few windows can be placed at hand in leisure time and can be relied upon for a distant window. The OOMOO woodwork of fusion cabinets is like an art of installation, located in the middle of the main passage, the dining room and the kitchen. It is not only a combination of dining cabinets and appliances, but also acts as a space separator, forming a response motive for the common area.

The relatively small kitchen area of this desktop type in Tibo Phase II is a difficult point in the design. The designer custom-made a cabinet of a special structure, one side of which is a kitchen appliance cabinet and the other is a dining cabinet. From the partial area of the restaurant to the kitchen space, there is a semi-open Western kitchen that forms a partnership with the central chef. The location of the West Kitchen Island is carefully arranged and most of the people's homes are against a wall when cooking, but the owner has a cooking spot where you can enjoy the scenery, standing in front of the island, overlooking the Yongxin River and the endless scenery of the east.

THE ICONIC WARSHIP DECK SHAPED BALCONIES OF IMPERIAL BAO BUILDINGS OFFER EASY PLACEMENT OF OUTDOOR FURNITURE, AND THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE CITY, THE PARK AND THE SKY. Individually, the design fully meets the personality and hobbies of the owner. Since the owners are very affectionate and adopted many stray cats, the designers specially designed a cat house using part of the vestibule space to give these cats a place to play and relax. Men love to collect ball shoes, so we specially created a collection and display cabinet that not only meets the needs of storage, but also allows some owners who especially like to display their precious shoes in this space and enjoy it from time to time. The color of the daughter's room does not jump, which may be related to the character of the child. The scale of the furniture is also slightly narrowed, the right proportions go well with the triangular personality of the space, creating an atmosphere of comfort and freedom. In front of the windowless balcony is a lollipop table lamp that infuses this girl's room with a lively, romantic vibe.

The design of the boy's room fully respects the personality and preferences of the child, the style is simple without coziness, the size of the furniture is carefully selected, creating a spacious free space for growth, the balcony is planted with green plants and a more natural atmosphere. The design of the bathroom focuses on the durability, convenience and aesthetics of the material, and is complemented by a light design to create a quiet atmosphere. In terms of detail and convenience, designers consider hygienic cleaning, all with wall-mounted toilets and off-the-shelf cabinets for easy rinsing and cleaning.

Describing a building as beautiful is not only a purely aesthetic pleasure, Alan D. Bolton says in his book The Building of Happiness, but also means being attracted to a particular way of life encouraged by the building through its roofs, door handles, window frames, stairs, and furniture. In this house, designers want homeowners to be attracted by the warmth of the hallway lights, attracted by the fashion of AJ in the display cabinet, attracted by the laziness of the living room sofa, attracted by the elegance of the piano by the window, attracted by the deliciousness of the restaurant island table, attracted by the tenderness of the bedroom bedding...
