Some spaces are made in a simple Chinese style. This 410 ㎡ detached villa is designed to meet the needs of four or three generations of women. In the order of the house, each generation should have their own independent space and do not interfere with each other, so that life has a moderate sense of boundaries and a common social comfort circle. So, in terms of space planning, designer Böling made a very clever planning design: the original structure was wrong, large scale earthworks were not suitable, so reasonable layout adjustments were made on each floor, and the original basement entrance was unreasonable, it was first to enter the basement recreation area, and then go up the stairs to the south. It was inconvenient to rearrange the back room from the existing staircase directly into the stairwell and return home to the upper floor more smoothly. A doorway was built on the south side of the one-story living room, a large terrace was added to the master bedroom on the second floor, a sunshade system was added to the outside of the restaurant, expanded the space of the garden. The entrance to the underground space has been adapted and transformed to connect directly to the space on the first floor, making the movement smoother, just like the installation art, which gives people joy and enhances the atmosphere of art and culture in the space as a whole.

The master bedroom is decorated in pure white and wood finishes to create a soothing atmosphere of elegance and peace of mind and belonging. The overall climate is simple, cool, but with a hint of warmth in the details, bringing a sense of comfort to everyday life.

The daughter's bedroom is located on the third floor and has been cleverly designed to form a LOFT apartment, with a bookcase that runs through it, and is a part of the daughter's paradise. This space is also the most satisfied design of designer Berling. Small owners have very high demands on the color matching of their space. Designers do not provide strict control of the main material, and there is a degree of tension between black, white and gray, and coordination. Soft accessories continue the overall minimalist style, clean and elegant atmosphere, giving a feeling of relaxation and pleasure to the body.
