That is why it is designed to insert gardens and courtyards in several parts of the villa. Vents (glass sliding doors) connect to many parts of the space to open up the garden view and make the already small villa not too uncomfortable because it does not have 4 solid walls and at least on one side there is a glass panel The main core of this villa is the comfort of some parts. A good example is the length of the walkway before entering the villa, where one can go through the parking lot and the garden.

Blank Studio created these spaces for the purpose of “delaying” a period of time before entering or leaving the villa. Designers do not want it to be so sudden, not only that, it can also serve as a space for parties, guests can sit on the edge of the rock garden, making this space more relaxed, and the requirements for seats will not be too strict.

The design concept is based on the simplicity of the white structure of the building, while inserting a variety of green spaces. The materials used are not special, namely those common materials such as brick walls, tiled floors and laminated stone floors, but this villa does not contain wood materials because the owners do not need it and think that things made of wood also need a lot of care. At the same time, designers incorporate more nature into it through the garden. If you have to define the design, it will be said that it is Minimal style because it looks very much like the features of the owner, who is a purist and always puts things back in their original place.
