Wuhan, the towering Long River, with thousands of years of history, has shaped its sprawling urban spirit and has spawned countless urban heroes and superheroes.
“Unique Wuhan, a great river bank, what kind of work do we want to present to the extraordinary people of this city?” 101 At the beginning of the design, this was the 31 design question for Huang Tao and Li Zhihong to themselves and their team.

“101 is designed with the backdrop of the Yangtze River, set against the deep background of the city, while pursuing eternity, injecting new moments into the extraordinary experience of hotel+home and creating the future.” ——31 Design by Huang Tao
The interior design was designed by Shenzhen 31. The brainchild of the founders Huang Tao and Li Zhihong, with the successful experience of designing luxury hotels and top luxury homes, as well as insight into future lifestyle trends, came up with the design concept of “hotel+home” to make luxury hotels dignified, upscale atmosphere, ceremonial sense and sociality The properties combine with the comfort, tranquility and privacy of home to create a whole new living experience, while creating a cinematic fantasy life full of joy and surprise with an open-air atmosphere, comfortable and serene space.

Faced with the excellent complementary environment of Wuhan's city core Park+TOD+CBD, with the utmost scale of building space conditions, considering architecture, landscape, design, local culture, luxury lifestyle, Shenzhen 31 Design teamed up with Longhu Group, Cing Energy Group to create the 4.0 era of Wuhan's large flat luxury homes.
