Desert Palisades is a modernist single-story desert landscape villa in Palm Springs, California, USA, designed by Woods + Dangaran in 2021.

Located on the last hillside of Palm Springs, Desert Palisades Villas is newly open for development and built for homes with significant architectural significance. From site selection to floor plan to finish, all design decisions are made for desert environments and backgrounds. Surrounded by cobblestones, the villa has been elevated above the existing site features, but still retains a strong connection to the terrain. All added landscape elements are sustainable and choose to blend seamlessly with the native environment. The architecture—emphasizing horizontal lines, natural materials, and the visual and physical connection between the interior and out—celebrates and elevates desert modernism, with roof hangings wrapped in brass paneling.

The exterior walls of earthen cement and textured concrete masonry units connect the floor structure to the site. Strategically placed floor-to-ceiling glass window frames capture spectacular desert views on all sides. A glass-enclosed hallway connects the family bedroom with the living space and creates a central atrium that can be seen from almost every room. Large sliding glass doors extend along the length of the large room, providing uninterrupted transitions to outdoor dining areas, decks, swimming pools, spas, fireplaces and lounges.
