There is also a reason for this house. In June 2020, Joydesign made a case called “Miss Wu's House”. It was a clean, pure, quiet house. Simple and extreme material selection, permeable to a rich layer of space, form an unobtrusive beauty. And an owner in the same community found a designer because of this case, a couple of years later, the house was born. Thanks to the aesthetic taste of the owner and the trust in the designer, we are fully supported from the planning of the program to the final results to the landing of the case. The designer named it “Mr. Wu's House,” which is both a beautiful message and a continuation of the true meaning of life.
1. Desert Plants and Arc Art
Design itself is about creating and adding more beauty to a home. As a source of little attention, designers also think about it in terms of artistry and practicality, achieving a perfect balance. In the entrance garden, there is a small tropical garden lined with volcanic rocks, planted with several cacti to provide not only a view of the living room location, but also a warm and welcoming visual experience for the owners who have just returned home. At the entrance gate, the designers used an arched design to weaken the load-bearing walls of the original building to not only soften the visuals, but also guide the movement of the space, creating a full, comfortable and rhythmic spatial intention.
2. Light Interweaving and Condensing Aesthetics
The space is silent, quiet, but in the eyes of the designer, standing out in the light... the sound of space is everywhere. In the living room, designers give a refreshing transparent mirror; simple and atmospheric tones; the effect of light and light interweaving gives the living room a wonderful aesthetic art. At the same time, the structure of the cavernous floor and cabinet top plate extends, making the entrance gate and the living room area separate and connected to each other. The bar counter in the living room is the spice of life. The shape dividing line on the top of the bar counter corresponds to the operation area of the entire bar counter, forming a harmonious unity. Due to the low height of the original floor of the building, the designer reduces the height of the building as much as possible, forming an independent structural form with the original beam body, while making the vision more extended. Artistic use of various materials such as stone, solid wood, metal, paper, cotton wool, etc., creates a visual feast. The design of the wooden block with a wooden finish, the sharp corners of the floor stone make the space richer and define the boundary between the living area and the rest area. Create a rich sense of layers that move through layers to enhance spatial fluidity and visual beauty.
3. Ripple of Taste and the Source of Life
“Outside, comfort in the heart”, a good life inside and outside is a good choice for a good living. The sun flows in the interior, the mood is bright, soaking in the warm sunshine of the four seasons, watching the flowers bloom outside the window, and the immersive dining environment becomes a leisurely experience of every day. In the dark and dark, light interwoven dance movements, an obsessive poetic aesthetic. A rich urban interface showcases a stunning spatial aesthetic for a lightweight experience and texture.
4. Peaceful relaxation and seasonal light
When night falls, end the day's rush, return to a place of rest to slow down the rhythm of life, and enjoy exploring the beautiful spiritual world with its wooden floors, with curved cylindrical designs that soothe the mood and make life more welcoming. The combination of textures of different materials in the bedroom, connected by a border of color, makes the sense of ritual to the extreme, and the real and the play between glass and solid wood unfolds, with every inch of space seeming to convey the words “love at dusk”. The air-conditioned vent of the study is cleverly hidden in this arched structure at the top to keep the beauty going. At your fingertips, Kan Khun Kun. The design of the bookroom is simple and elegant, and it is filled with thousands of poetic flavors. Over time, in the bright sunshine, the light and light flow, and the light and light in the neon lights become elegant silhouettes that coincide with life at dusk.
