Luxury Villa — Located on the secluded tropical island of Koh Phangan (Thailand), Anaia combines entertainment, nature and wellness experiences. This micro resort covers an area of 4300 ㎡ and a building area of 1000 ㎡. The property is designed to be a modern wellness resort, using country materials, taking advantage of site conditions and existing topography to its advantage as an energy efficient and sustainable building.

The dining area and kitchen area form a common space leading to an infinity pool with lush tropical gardens and palm trees in the background. The main building consists of two vertically stacked blocks, the cantilever is supported by a “V” shaped structure. This combination of volumes ensures shade and rain protection for the pool. Likewise, all private and public spaces are naturally and adequately lit in the shade. Floats arched at both ends of the infinity pool have a pool bar on the right and a sunken pool lounge on the left. These spaces are covered with fabric gazebos on wooden posts. The design of this gazebo mimics the view and feel of a calm sea vessel.
