Fernanda Marques Arquitetura | 420 Floor, Full Open Courtyard Villa in San Jose, Brazil

The villa was built for a young couple with young children, based on the design of a timeless home, with a villa area of almost 1400 ㎡. This large house has a metal structure that allows thinner sheets to be used, making horizontal panels lighter, as well as higher quality materials. One of the most striking elements of the architectural project is the fusion of the interior and exterior, and the open garden improves the environment of the residential project. The entrance route is through a garden with a private area on the upper level and a social area on the bottom.
