The expression of volume and scale in modern minimalist living spaces

The project is located in Zhejiang Yiwu Green City, Taohanyuan, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, secluded environmental features and four floors of building space, making the design at the heart of the design to create a comfortable and free living space for residents. With an interior area of approximately 510 square meters, we combine design thinking about different space volumes and dimensions, combined with a modern minimalist style and attention to detail, to ensure that the living space can be lived for a long time, in accordance with the practical needs of functions and daily use, while also meeting the needs of the residents Sex, lifestyle and lifestyle.

The one-storey area is extended in the plan by three main living points, namely the kitchen, living room and restaurant. The kitchen is at the center of residents' daily activities. In terms of volume and scale, we have eliminated the boundaries of existing walls, the space can be expanded, more flexible on the overall movement line, and homeowners will be able to interact and communicate better in the future when using the kitchen. In the block that connects the kitchen and restaurant, there is an original support column of the building, which runs through the ceiling and the floor. In terms of detailed design, we use triangles to change the shape of the original columnar bones, while the epidermis envelops the natural stone texture. The interior of the wall structure near the restaurant is the original building drainage pipe, and we give the exterior of the pipes ordered geometry, then mirrored and balanced the vision.

On the separation and link of space, we have added a dividing line in the living room and the space of the parent bedroom, where the main unit and the subunit are fused together in a blurred relationship. On top of the detailed processing of the divided edges, the designers placed a stereoscopic device, which gives the volume a dimensional thickness support, while combining with practical functions to make this space an independent system. The new intervening device is not only limited to a surface with a volumetric sense of shape, but to truly meet the functions of everyday life. All of the building's own beams and columns in the project are processed in different dimensional dimensions, achieving a minimalist aesthetic that unifies the overall space.

The top of the living room and bedroom seating area on the second floor is connected to the beginning of the end by a parabola wire. Insert the boundary wall on the longitudinal axis, and the sliding doors on both sides of the left and right are hidden on the inside of the wall. This way, although the subjects are connected, they maintain their own independence. Place a square geometry at the top of the negative two layers, and the inside of the geometry carries the function of storage like a huge container. On the outside, we moved the grid edges of the geometry to the right by humanly prescreening, creating a conscious spatial deformation for the occupant. In the empty space on the outside of the geometry, we reserved five transparent boxes to introduce light into the room, adding natural thickness to the space through the shadows and refraction of light.

All furniture and function areas are carefully laid out, ensuring that the movement is reasonably smooth and maximally optimized to the level of use in everyday life. On the material and color selection of the space, designers present the expression of colors and different textures through the treatment of correspondence and contrasts. The cabinet of the casual tea bar and the wall finish, joined by two wooden finishes of different colors, create a contrast on the main surface of the space. The dark cabinet surface corresponds to the folding shaped door, allowing for a conversation between material and material.
