This villa designed by Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura sits on a 690 ㎡ site and a challenging 8-meter slope, the architect's task is to design a single-family home best suited to this challenging area. The architects decided to distribute the works on 3 different levels, as an entrance level for a social environment, as a strictly private first floor, and a basement for part service, part contemplation.
The division of the floors makes it the most common environment to consider the landscape, while the basement allows direct access to the planted area in front of the land, as it is hidden by the floors above it. The villa has an external skin made of wooden slats that adds value to the warmth, and solid wood materials are used inside the ceilings, combining the simplicity of concrete with the comfort of wood.
