At the intersection of homeowners' needs, the original house was demolished to a closed entrance, making the whole house transparent and open; in the visual experience, the homeowner prefers a refreshing, healing creamy breeze, so we whitewash the entire house with cream white to bring visual warmth and texture; reintegrate the laneway, homeowner The wife can live comfortably and sensibly take care of the needs of the “cat owner”. Balancing good work and life is the life philosophy of the homeowner. The traditional Chinese way of life of “sunrise and sunset” can still be used in modern life. Before Remodeling

The original house model is three bedrooms, the entrance gate is short and right against a blocked wall, and the view is too limited. The guard and the guest's bedroom are facing the door, the view is not good, but the guard is too narrow and uncomfortable to use. There is no balcony for sunbathing in the house, plus the owner of the house who has cats, needs a dedicated pet living space and needs to be focused.

3. There are high wall cabinets along the main corridor for convenient storage of clothes, redistributing the main cloakroom and the main guard area, transforming the cloakroom and double basins. Through the removal of the external wall, the light from the living room side can reach the restaurant, enhancing the open passage of the communal area; sitting in the restaurant with the family in the living room enriches the emotional communication between people and creates a warm and harmonious interior atmosphere; the space of the office is compressed and the dining passage is designed as a wall The cabinet, built-in double-door refrigerator and two hidden doors, extends the functionality of the western kitchen to adapt to the needs of homeowners in different use situations.

Made of marble, stainless steel and beige lychee leather, the island table is tightly integrated with the black oak dining table. There is a large storage space around the island table, providing convenience for storing near the restaurant. The kitchen on the east side of the restaurant is equipped with transparent glass doors that effectively block oil fumes, ensuring that the light from the kitchen can also enter the restaurant and the entrance, while also increasing the communication between the family; the U-shaped central kitchen and the western kitchen in the restaurant aisle, complementing each other, perfecting the kitchen function; the kitchen is close to the restaurant, the movement is reasonable, convenient for the owner of the house to eat for two people.

The design of this house boldly uses black and white contrasting colors, light and dark alternation of colors, revealing a clear level of space. By designing to brighten up a single space in its original form, white and black are the most inclusive colors. The gaps in the ceilings and walls of the interior of the house are all applied in the refined arcs, improving the visual experience and improving the quality of the homeowner's living. In the fast-paced life of the city, a comfortable and relaxed living environment can balance the inner tension of young people and achieve a relaxed state of life.
