This family villa is located in the historic fishing village and vineyard village of Bevaix, in a quiet neighbourhood close to the pier. Enjoy panoramic views of Lake Nachatel and the Alps. The original design concept of the building is different from typical projects. The design team originally conceived of two schemes for the site: one is two stair villas, the other is a unique villa, the whole living process is on the same level as the secondary room in the basement in a single house.

Two key elements of this plan are the sight of a building protruding from a slope, as if the garden had been raised high to protect the new living space. The split-level terrace in the middle of the villa brings a series of natural light to the house. The lower level has a secluded garden, perfect for relaxing. The villa is entirely made of reinforced concrete, exposed from the inside to the outside, creating a natural flow throughout the building.

Wide glass curtain walls on most of the ground floor blur the interior and exterior living spaces, creating a harmonious seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The garden is designed to enhance privacy while maintaining an impressive landscape. Using anodized materials such as aluminum and oak creates a stark contrast to the originality of concrete, creating an organic building that includes natural landscapes and modern architectural styles.
