Four Hours Residence: Home Like a Resort

This villa is located on the Shuiting Lake in Huamao. The tranquil grain lake extends just below the foot. The view is endless, the lush Castle Hill is nestled behind, resting on the water, with a picturesque view. This is not a holiday villa, but a permanent residence of the owner. Such a beautiful landscape and environment are naturally made good use of, so the designer blends the owner's family life, leisure life, business, etc., into a unique setting of this residence, perhaps describing it as “a home like a resort hotel”.

The villa has four floors, one basement and three floors above ground. Using the original structural advantages of the building, the designers use a two-way design to fit the life of the owner's family: between one thing and the other, a leisure space different from the male protagonist; between the two, the boundaries between public and private, interaction and isolation, and the overall context of the space is very clear。 With attention to detail, designers fully respect the tastes and habits of the owners, choosing furniture from international brands such as Promemoria, Poliform, Cassina, as well as works by digital artists such as Wang Shuchen, Yang Pei-lin, Wang Xiaobuan. 01 Yui Yui's Shadow

The unique entrance ceremony is a good memory to return home. The designers abandoned the usual practice of submerged gardens and did not dare to design a fish pond in the northern garden with a one-story entrance, where there is a transparent round hole at the bottom of the fish pond, and under the round hole is the entrance gate to the basement, the so-called hidden basement. When the owner stopped the car and gently pushed open the revolving door of the basement. A light seemed to fall from the sky, without preventing him from looking up, and the round arched top emitted a sparkling glow, and looked closely, and a carp swayed over the fish pond, and Yuyuya wailed, captivating Guan. The basement lounge area is warm and gentle, the designer said it was meant to relieve tension and hope that the moment of home was not only a surprise, but also a relaxing one. 02 Yoga & Cigars

A space of joy for body and spirit

The elevated space on the west side is a yoga room designed for the female protagonist. Large glass windows expand the view and connect with nature, allowing the body and heart to fully relax, and the independent rotating staircase facilitates the movement of the heroine. Designers say that space is at the service of people and the purpose of design is to guide people's healthy living conditions. 03 Living in the Scenic Realm

A Conversation Between Nature and Humanity

Going up to one floor, the space is seamless and welcoming, and the interior and exterior, the dialogue between the human landscape and the natural landscape is combined with glass frames and paintings, as if you were living in a painting: living in ancient Gangnam Water and living a contemporary way of life. The concave structure of the original building, facing south, achieves two distinctive spaces under the designer's pen: two boxes hanging on the lake, which become the husband's study, and the afternoon tea area, where the unbeatable lake view is mesmerizing, whether it's a pre-dinner party or an afternoon tea, sitting here A glass is a good choice. The middle of the two large boxes evolves into an outlandish platform, walking on it, as if facing a lake, walking in waves.

It is the watchfulness of love and the connection of affection

Family continuity and kinship links are the focus of residential design, and this is always emphasized by designer Chau Chau Ping. In this case, the second floor is a mix of senior suites and sons suites. When grandparents and grandchildren are together, no matter what the children are doing, playing the piano, doing homework, or even eating, they watch with joy, watching and protecting their later growth is the greatest joy and desire for the elderly. In terms of space, of course, the two suites are separated and connected by living rooms and have an ultra-wide view of the lake to the south. An Inherited Culture of Home and Love

Three levels are the master bedroom suite and daughter suite. The master bedroom is designed in soft, warm and elegant colors, and there is a particularly beautiful garden balcony where you can enjoy the sunset of East Qian Lake, the fish lights and the fires of the seasons. The entrance to the daughter's room has a red outline and a pair of exotic paintings to make her feel at home; the back of the bed is a backdrop of wall&decò wallpaper, full of art, which resonates with the beautiful natural landscape. From the surprise of coming home, to sitting back, to the joy of gathering with your family on the lake view, the tranquility of entering the room at the end, the transformation of the scene created by the designer, is not only about mood, but also noiselessly conveys the culture of home, it is a culture of love, a culture of heritage, a kind of The state of life of sunshine and smiles.
