Yulia Kamanina 15 floor, loft design apartment with precision to every centimeter

Designed by Yulia Kamanina, this 50 ㎡ apartment is located in Loftec, Moscow LCD business class in the Basman district. The main advantage of the original space is undoubtedly the four-meter high ceiling and panoramic windows with which to enjoy the beauty of the city. The logical decision was to create a bay near the entrance to the sleeping area. On the lower level there is a kitchen-living room, a small office, and an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes. There is extra storage space under the stairs and behind the bed. After reconstruction, the total area is 70 ㎡. THE CHASSIS PRODUCED FROM THIS IS A METAL WELDED STRUCTURE. The architect carefully calculated every centimeter and designed it in such a way that it was convenient to get close to the sleeping place without letting her head hit the beams of the ceiling.
