Tiffany's Study Tiffany's Study Room
The case is the third space that a catering start-up lady prepared for herself last year, or a study room. Ordinary life time is relatively free and likes to enjoy a leisurely lifestyle. This is the second suite of properties purchased by the owners in the same community, so it tends to meet the simple living situation in terms of functional needs and the functionality of the kitchen and living room is more likely to be impaired. So we did as much as possible in the functional transformation of the plane to open up the space, to be more flexible to meet the functionality and leave it blank. The residence is a small two-room apartment with an area of 88 sq.m. The three spaces are facing south. The original office style living room windows are in a recess due to the architectural aspect and the lighting is in a recess, so the living room light is weak. The kitchen and bathroom can also only share a small balcony for ventilation and lighting.
We swapped the common space with the bedroom, and after the space opened, we did not continue the traditional living room layout, but went as flexibly as possible to accommodate the free living conditions of the co-owners. A bookshelf made now. Simple one-letter partitions that open up the space, stretch the vision, blend in with the walls, highlighting the beauty of the structure, the details of life naturally combined with the house. The ceiling is applied with a uniform artistic finish, elegant colors permeate the entire open space, the green landscape outside the window shines into the interior, and the soft afternoons of light give the space a more enveloping and natural atmosphere.
FURNITURE AND LOCAL CABINETS USE A TEXTURED AND MECHANICAL WALNUT COLOR THAT CONTRASTS WITH THE COLOR OF THE WALLS. In the open space, a more vigorous greenery was also chosen, fresh and vibrant. The angle of the open kitchen can be seen through the double arches of the dry area. The open platform integrated with the wall meets the functional needs of owners who want to collect and display. THE COARSE GRAINS OF SAND IN THE WALL ART PAINT AND THE VARIOUS STONES IN THE GROUND WATER POLISHED STONE TEXTURES STRIP THE OVERALL SPACE FROM THE COMMODITIZED SYMBOLS, WITH A MORE REALISTIC VISUAL AND TACTILE FEEL, EXPRESSING THE PURITY OF LIFE.
Bedroom space also tends to be more open in harmony with the whole house in terms of vision and usability, so glass doors are used to ensure both regular transparency and meet the private needs of the owners. Extending the form of the communal cabinet door to the bedroom, the uniform openwork wooden lattice door accentuates the sense of space and texture, adds to the texture of wood, and the decoration of the light is just the point, so that the linen curtains and the solid wood, with the texture of the light colored walls and the texture of the waterstone, create a quiet atmosphere, A soothing atmosphere that allows the owner to feel more of a simple and gentle atmosphere of space.
From the location of the kitchen, you can see the greenery outside the living room window and the light falling on the floor through the double arch holes in the dry area. Green plants, light shades, cotton fabric, glass reflected outside light, and close to nature. The small balcony of the original kitchen is configured into the toilet, increasing the functional comfort of the master. The bathroom is dry and wet partition, while comfortable in size, also allows the functional area and the overall space to form a more comfortable mobile line, better suited to the open overall layout.
Use a glass brick wall between the kitchen and bathroom to allow more light to enter this area. THE BATHROOM USES SMALL BRICKS WITH CREAMIC PARTICLES, A DRAINAGE PIPE AFTER THE SPACE IS OPENED. WE ALSO BUILT IT WITH SMALL BRICKS, WHICH FIT WELL INTO THE OVERALL TEXTURE OF THE TOILET, FORMING A SENSE OF VOLUMETRIC VARIATION. Hidden away from the city, the small hidden in the forest, the leisurely and luxurious life does not have to go to the Forest Spring Trail to experience it. The higher level of hidden life is to find peace in the bustle of the city, to heal oneself in the pure soil of the soul. In this small space, we want to create a relaxed atmosphere in the life of the owners, who after every busy time, leave the hustle and bustle of the city hall and enjoy the great quiet, from the heart and quiet place.
